DPF REMOVAL MODULE

Overview 

This module automatically makes the deactivation of all DPF/FAP related maps and allows tuner to run a car without having DPF/FAP installed in it. We have been working hard to keep this module updated to most recent cars and to assure the best result. This module is constantly being updated.

The functions of the module are performed automatically by Swiftec that gets the information from ECU brand, ECU model and Car brand from project properties and as soon user saves the file Swiftec will ask if the deactivation of DPF/FAP should be done.

Starting from Swiftec v1.8.7 we run brand new DPF Removal Module v2.0. For cars temporarily not covered by v2.0 you can still use DPF Removal Module v1.0. So, what does v2.0 include?

First, the final and most ideal DPF OFF solution for almost ALL Bosch EDC17 ECUs!

After many brain cells burned out we, sure with help of our costumers, are now able to disable every Bosch EDC17 ECU DPF by Switch. 

This means no other changes are necessary no other small modifications, it’s purely click and go with 100% guarantee that all would be perfect with your customer’s car.

Second, for some special cases, like Opel EDC17C18/C19/C52 where as most of tuners knows no switch, after lot time of research we have made unique firmware patch, which works like Switch OFF mode!

At the moment we would run it as BETA test mode, so any comments are welcome!

Third, as for Bosch EDC16 DPF OFF we also developed a new EMULATION technique which allows costumer to purely emulate inside ECU the function of a DPF!

This way car will never feel that DPF is not there and all working parameters are maintained as original. (Cruise control problems, car working in safe mod, etc.)
